Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 6 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico and Australia. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are normally calculated at shipping and may be  incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Backyard Farm Supply Company, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mychickenfountain.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
