The Chicken Fountain™ is backed by a Three-Year Limited Manufacturer
Warranty.
We guarantee that your product will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the
original date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials
- Defects in manufacturing
- Premature failure of components
under normal use conditions
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by improper
installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect - Damage resulting from using the
product outside its intended purpose - Damage caused by freezing due to
improper winterization - Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or alterations made
by the customer - Damage caused by animals, pests,
or environmental events
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order
confirmation, or invoice) - A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the affected
part

through our website’s contact form. We will evaluate the claim and, if
approved, repair or replace the defective component or product at no charge.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original
purchaser.
The Chicken Fountain™ is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages.
