SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 5 business days. Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed early the following week.
Please allow 5 business days for processing and a transit time of 3-5 business days.
The Chicken Fountain uses various shipping methods including UPS (United Parcel Service), US Postal Service, and FedEx. Once orders leave our facility, the actual delivery timeframe is dependent on those organizations.
Currently, we are only able to ship our products to the US, Mexico, Australia, and Canada. Please email us with requests to ship to other countries at info@thechickenfountain.com.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of The Chicken Fountain™. If you experience an issue, please reach out so we can help.
30-Day Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, like-new items in original condition. The product must be clean, undamaged, and include all parts and hardware.
How Returns Work:
- Contact us at info@thechickenfountain.com with your order number and details pertaining to your request.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
- Once the item is received, inspected and concluded that the terms were met, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thechickenfountain.com.
Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a manufacturing issue, we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect purchase, or misuse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or dirty units
- Items damaged due to improper installation, neglect, or freezing
- Items returned without prior authorization
For Defective Items:
Defective or malfunctioning items are covered under our Three-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. We will repair or replace the defective component or product at no charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
DAMAGE OR PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at info@thechickenfountain.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
