SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Shipping charges for the United States and Canada are included in the price of the Fountain. Other international orders will be priced according to the best available rate.

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders are usually shipped out within 4 business days. Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed early the following week.

Please allow 4 business days for processing and a transit time of 3-5 business days.

The Chicken Fountain uses various shipping methods including UPS (United Parcel Service), US Postal Service, and FedEx. Once orders leave our facility, the actual delivery timeframe is dependent on those organizations.

Currently, we are only able to ship our products to the US and Canada. Please email us with requests to ship to other countries at info@thechickenfountain.com.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unglued arms and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, then you can return your Fountain to the address provided.  The return shipping will be covered by the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thechickenfountain.com.

DAMAGE OR PRODUCT ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at info@thechickenfountain.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

EXCHANGES

The most efficient way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a refund will be issued. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
